Miscarriage Remembrance workshop - Sep 20

$60.00
sold out

Gone too soon, our miscarriages leave indelible marks upon us, but rarely any physical traces to remember them by. After my miscarriage, making ceramics helped pull me out of a dark place and also has become a way to channel that pain into something new, oftentimes beautiful.

In this 2 hour workshop, we will make a small pinch pot or dish in remembrance of those babies that didn’t get to leave photos, footprints or memory boxes behind.

A small gathering, four participants maximum, come share space and intention with others who know this singular grief and make an object in memory of our babies.

No previous ceramics experience necessary.

Date: Tuesday, Sep 20 - 10am-12pm

Location: Mountain View, near Sylvan Park.

Price per person: $60, includes all materials and firing. Your objects will be ready 2-3 weeks after the workshop. Pick up at your convenience.
